Each pup plays differently and we recommend you keep a close watch, particularly when a new play object is introduced. No toy is completely indestructible, so please supervise the play to ensure safety if you know your pup is not gentle with toys.

If for any reason you are not satisfied upon receiving your order or simply change your mind you are free to return an item, as long as the item is in new, un-worn and in un-used condition within 7 days of receiving the item for a full refund, or 30 days for a credit voucher (excluding sale items).
**Please note we do not accept returns on items that have been purchased with a discount/promo code, from the markets or items on sale for a refund, however you may exchange the size if needed or we will happily return for a credit note
