We aim to pack your parcels within 1-4 business days from placing your order. Please note we do not pack on Saturday and Sunday.

You can find your tracking details on your email but if you need your parcel urgently, please consider choosing Express Post.

We make our products in limited numbers and restock on a regular basis.

If a product you want is out of stock, please sign up on the product page from our 'notify me' tab and fill in your details. Once the product comes back in stock you will be the first to know to get your paws on it.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

When packages appear to be missing, it is almost always one of the following situations:

- The package may have been delivered to a neighbor's home

- The package has been delivered to a different spot than normal on your property

- The shipping carrier marked the package as delivered before it actually has been

- Your package may be awaiting pickup at the local Post Office but the postal carrier forgot to leave the slip, the slip was lost, or was retrieved by another person in the household

Our policy is that if a package still hasn't shown up, we will launch an investigation with our the third party delivery company. Once the investigation is launched it can take up to 5 business days to confirm what has happened to the parcel and is either found or marked as lost in which case we will issue a replacement.
