If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Please note sale items are final, and cannot be returned. 

To request a return, please email us at hello@bruceyspack.com with your full name and order number in the email subject. 

Please note, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in their original packaging and must be unworn. Our warranty for manufacturing faults extends to 6 months from date of purchase. If you experience a manufacturing fault with your item, please contact us. 

Shipping and handling charges will be at the expense of the buyer. Items must be retuned undamaged, unused and with all original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Brucey's Pack is not liable for the loss or damage of items in return transit. We recommend using tracked postage, retaining proof of postage, and using protective packaging to ensure the items arrive safely. If you are returning your products for a gift card please allow 1-3 business days for us to recieve and process this exchange for you.
By placing an order with Brucey's Pack, customers are responsible for all applicable custom import fees if you are overseas.
