LOOKING TO SUBMIT A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

This won't take long! Just have your email address and order number ready. You’ll find your order number in your Order Confirmation email. Send us an email at hello@bruceyspack.com, and we will sort this for you!

RETURN INFORMATION

  • Please note that final sale items are not eligible for a return.
  • Items must be returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed, no dog hair.
  • Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. All postage costs are at the buyers expense. 
  • You will be issued with a trackable return label via email. You will be charged $9.95 for the return shipping label, or you are welcome to send it back via your own postal choice. Our postage is likely to be cheaper, which is why we offer this to our customers.
  • Please include your order number or a note with the return. 
  • Returns can be tracked with the tracking number via the AusPost website.
  • We aim to process all returns within 2-4 business days of receiving your items. You will be contacted via email with the details of your processed return.
  • Please email hello@bruceyspack.com before initiating a return if you believe the product is damaged or faulty.

STORE CREDIT

  • We offer a store credit when organising a return
  • Store credit is issued via Gift Card and has no expiry.
  • Gift Cards are non-refundable.
  • If returning for a Gift Card after purchasing with AfterPay, the payment plan will remain in place & the full balance will be issued as a gift card. The payment plan will then pay off the gift card, instead of the items. (Excluding any additional shipping expenses). 

REFUNDS

  • We do not offer refunds if you have changed your mind. 
  • Refund / replacement may be eligible if the item/s are not in working condition within a reasonable time period. This is a case by case situation. Please email us hello@bruceyspack.com with any concerns.
