Is my parcel insured? We are not responsible for loss or damage of your parcel once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Australia Post or Sendle will leave your parcel at your shipping address if there is a letterbox or they believe there is another safe place, however if you would like to add insurance or a signature on delivery please contact us prior to making an order and we can arrange this for an extra charge.
